I'm Mads
From foggy assessments to clear reporting in risk management

For years, I struggled to justify my conclusions. Imposter syndrome weighed heavily, my work felt unfulfilling, and I often focused on the wrong things.
My employers reinforced this by rarely using my work for decision-making; it was requested only as retroactive justification—I did little more than create paper tigers.
At one point, my boss at the time mentioned something about simulating scenarios. I realized that risk is inherently about the future, and simulations offered a reliable and meaningful way to analyze it.
I was immediately all in on building my risk analysis capabilities.
- By applying the principles of Richard Seiersen, Douglas Hubbard, and Robert Brown,
- Training with Khan Academy and Zed Statistics (and countless hours on YouTube), and
- Building small and large models independently and with SDC A/S and ACI A/S.
I built expertise in operational, IT, compliance, and cyber risk modeling.
Now, my risk assessments aren’t just for compliance; they’re quick, automated, context-specific, scalable, data-driven, and adaptable to any framework—financial, operational, privacy, or security.
